CASE
CASE stands for Computer Aided Software Engineering that implement
computer facilitate method and tools in software development. It is design on
computer based to help develop systems. CASE is used to secure defect free
software and high quality. CASE ensures a discipline approach and check
pointed as well as help designers to manage, tests and developers to see the
project improvement during development. Types of CASE tools includes analysis
tools, documentation generators, central repository, code generators and
diagramming tools. By using these tools, it allows the analysts to improve
quality of pre-existing system and new systems as well as increase productivity
of the systems that are being designed.
SSADM
SSADM stands for Structured Systems Analysis and Design Methodology that is
a set of industry standards for application designs and system analysis. It is a
methodical approach to the design and analysis of information systems and
developed for government to run projects. SSADM is a methodology that is
based on the waterfall model, it has been used by educational establishment,
CASE tools developers, commercial business and consultants. SSADM combines
diagrams and text in the entire design idea of the systems physical design.

Data Flow Diagrams
Data Flow Diagrams is used to as a representation of the flow data graphically

how it will be implemented and what it accomplishes. DFD can be divided into
physical and logical. The logical DFD describes the flow of data in a system to

implementation of the logical data flow.
