, Inleiding
De verzekeringsmaatschappij Zeker en Vast is ontstaan uit een fusie van drie kleinere
maatschappijen. De kantoren zijn gevestigd in Amsterdam, Rotterdam en Arnhem. De
verzekeringsmaatschappij Zeker en Vast wenst een goede onderlinge verstandhouding waarin de
drie kantoren op één lijn zitten met betrekking tot hun manier van werken. Het uiteindelijke doel is
om duidelijkheid te hebben in de onderlinge taakverdeling, met name op verzekering- en schade
technisch gebied.

In de huidige situatie heeft de verzekeringsmaatschappij Zeker en Vast te maken met een aantal
functionarissen die kennis hebben op verzekering- en schade technisch gebied, maar waarvan de
verantwoordelijkheden nog niet geheel duidelijk zijn. De verzekeringsmaatschappij Zeker en Vast
wilt daarom een onderscheid maken in drie soorten functionarissen, te weten acceptant,
behandelaar en chef van de afdeling schadebehandeling.
