Voor u ligt het sales plan geschreven voor Verstegen. Het plan is geschreven in het kader van
de opleiding Sales, inkoop en finance aan de Hogeschool van Amsterdam.
Mij is de opdracht gegeven een sales plan te schrijven voor een business to business bedrijf.
De opdracht en opdrachtgever mocht ik zelf invullen. In het sales paper worden begrippen
als klanttevredenheid, CRM, customer lifetime value, ect toegelicht.
Bij deze wil ik alle respondenten bedanken die mij hebben geholpen met de fieldresearch.
Na afloop van dit paper is het hopelijk duidelijker hoe de organisatie nog meer resultaat kan
boeken.
