9.1 Rendas no mercados de factores.
As empresas son as demandantes no mercado de factores. Son soberanas neste mercado, xa que son as que pagan polos factores. Aínda que
pode haber distribuidores de factores que teñan un maior poder de decisión.
A demanda de factores é derivada, é dicir, contratas un factor porque te interesa o seu traballo, interésanche os ingresos que vai reportar.
Esto é o ingreso do seu produto marxinal.
Pode ser a demanda de bens independentes ou complementarios.
A demanda dos factores tamén é interdependente, precisa de varios factores para producir, non pode facelo con un único factor.
Con respecto á oferta dos factores:
Os ingresos de transferencia son o mínimo que paga unha empresa para poder dispoñer dun factor de produción.
Nas rendas económicas puras en factores especializados a elasticidade é 0 (futbolista, gran médico), son irremplazables. No caso de factores
non especializados pagarase o mínimo, xa que poden remplazalos facilmente.
Este é o motivo do que se deriva a importancia da especialización dos factores.
9.2 Capital humano e determinación dos salarios.

É aquel inherente a persoa. Integra o conxunto de habilidades, coñecementos e experiencia que os traballadores poñen a disposición dunha
empresa.

• Intransferible. O capital humano é da persoa, podes alugalo pero non transferilo.
