Introduction
The management of camping de Zeeuwse Kust are dealing with problems regarding attracting new
employees, motivating employees and keeping employees.
Camping de Zeeuwse Kust is a camping located in the province of Zeeland and located close to village
of Renesse. This area has stunning dunes, great beaches and a very nice sea to swim in during
summer. Therefore, is Camping de Zeeuwse Kust located close to the sea and close to the village of
Renesse where guests can shop and enjoy the typical Zeeuwse feeling that it brings along. Their
target group is therefore young families that are searching for a 5-star camping that offer child
amusement, pet friendly and have a diverse selection of accommodations.
Camping de Zeeuwse Kust is offering: chalets, hotel rooms, camper van spots, glamping spots,
camping spots and comfort camping spots. All those accommodations have again different varieties
like the number of persons, luxury and size of those different accommodations. In addition, they also
have a restaurant, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, modern sanitary building with dishwashers,
dog facilities, a wellness, midge golf area, football field, tennis field and overall an animation team
and building for the children. Therefore, there is enough to do at the camping during the visit of
guests.
However, those guests need to be cared for by the employees of the camping park and in this case
camping de Zeeuwse Kust is struggling with their workers. Therefore, this report will be about how
camping de Zeeuwse Kust has to change in order to keep their employees motivated, attract new
employees and keep their own employees.
