Zoals wij allen weten was 2020 geen goed jaar voor Groene Vingers BV, het bedrijf van jullie
beide. Het is zelfs zo dat wij begin januari faillissement hebben aangevraagd. De
faillissementsaanvraag is inmiddels geaccepteerd en Groene Vingers BV is officieel failliet
verklaard. In dit memorandum wil ik puntsgewijs terugblikken op de onderneming Groene
Vingers BV en bespreken wat er eventueel in de toekomst nog mogelijk is. In dit
memorandum komen de volgende onderwerpen aan bod: levenscyclus van de onderneming,
omzetting van rechtsvorm, verschillende rechtsvormen, voorkoming van het faillissement,
doorstart van de onderneming en persoonlijke aansprakelijkheid.
