Opdracht: Leerling begeleidt stagiaire/nieuwe collega of vrijwilliger
Ik heb bij mijn werkbegeleider aangegeven te willen starten met mijn
werkbegeleiding opdracht. Hiervoor zou ik 1 leerling uitkiezen en haar 6
weken begeleiden in haar leerling proces. Echter liep dit even wat anders
dan gepland. Dus heb ik nu 1 leerling voor 3 weken en 1 leerling voor 3+
weken, tot aan haar diplomeren.
Ik heb een formulier mogen inzien van een klasgenoot, werkzaam bij de
Omring hoe je studenten methodisch kan begeleiden omdat wij deze bij de
Zorgcirkel niet hebben.
