imperative to the functioning of the company, but also ensures that the company complies within

the legal standards set forth. Having a thorough and crystal-clearjob description outline allows

hiring management to seek out the best possible candidates to fit a job opening, while also giving

the candidate a quick view of what the job entails, bridging the understanding of what the

company is expecting of those individuals. Having a clear understanding of the tasks, tools and

technology, knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs), and education requirements are key factors

both parties of the hiring process, need to know while trying to fill an open position.
