Given that the project will need to be reported on to either authorities or financiers an
evaluation criterion needs to be in place to allow for appropriate discussion or criticism. The
evaluation of health outcomes should also be taken in steps and this is an aspect that will be
observed(WHO, 2020). As mentioned earlier in the report among the things that should be given

used when planning for the procedure (Chaffey & Smith, 2017). Among the advantages that can
be gained from these two diagrammatic planning tools, is the simplicity they will permit far as
the division of labor is concerned (Aicher, Newland & Paule-Koba, 2019). Since this is a major
undertaking it can be expected that tasks will be separated based on the individual's proficiency,
availability, and other considerations. With these two diagrams included in the evaluation plan, it
can be expected that team management will become significantly easier (Attipoe-Dorcoo et al.
2020). In addition to the above two charts, it is also worth considering including a PERT chart
into the evaluation procedure (Sarby, 2017). PERT is the acronym for Program Evaluation and
Review Technique and describes a chart somewhat like the Gantt chart (Aicher, Newland &
Paule-Koba, 2019). However, unlike the Gantt chart, this chart includes information on the task
such as the duration, people assigned, and other dependency information. This chart is useful for
understanding the essential aspects that contribute to success along a critical path (Wysocki,
2011).
