▪ Tenen: mediaal
▪ Hoofd: lateraal
▪ Plaats van infarct bepaalt waar men een parese kan ondervinden
▪ Ook het cerebellum bevat een somatotopie

6. Cerebellaire dysfunctie
6.1. Symptomen
▪ Ataxie ( coördinatiestoornis; < Gr. taxis = orde: cf. taxonomie)
▪ Evenwichts- en gangstoornissen
▪ Dysarthrie (cave cf. dysfasie – uitspraak versus inhoud) = spraakstoornis
▪ Geringe spierzwakte met een toegenomen vermoeibaarheid

▪ Gesaccadeerde oogvolgbewegingen met hypermetrie en nystagmus ( blik-intentietremor)

1) Cerebellaire hemisferen
▪ Ataxie, vnl van de ledematen
