Mijn naam is Talitha Nianka de Jongh. Bij het maken van deze opdracht ben ik 28 jaar oud en
woonachtig in Rotterdam met mijn partner en trouwe viervoeter. Voor u ligt de moduleopdracht
professioneel en oplossingsgericht werken. Deze module is onderdeel van de HBO integrale veiligheid
één jaar.
Ik ben op dit moment 6 jaar in dienst van de gemeente Rotterdam en sinds 1 februari 2021 teamleider
binnen toezicht en handhaving. Ik ben begonnen als wijk boa, hierna ben ik 5 jaar gespecialiseerd werk
gaan doen als jeugd boa en daarna een mooie stap gemaakt als teamleider. De opleiding integrale
veiligheid is een goede aanvulling op mijn functie als teamleider. Binnen mijn functie is het ook
belangrijk een onderzoekende rol aan te nemen, niet alleen naar medewerkers toe maar ook naar de
vraag van producten binnen een gemeente.
Deze opdracht schrijf ik voor de module ‘Professioneel en oplossingsgericht werken’. Binnen deze
module kon er gekozen worden uit drie stellingen. Ik heb uit stelling twee gekozen, “Pulsvissen is niet
slecht voor het milieu”. De reden dat ik voor deze stelling heb gekozen is, omdat ik er zeer weinig van
af weet. Hierdoor leek het mij een verfrissing om juist dit onderwerp te kiezen.
