Er heeft een wetswijziging plaats gevonden in de levering aan landen. Na toestemming van
Nederlandse overheid mocht VC4 aan Iran leveren. Echter kan VC4 niet aan Iran leveren, doordat de
banken geen geldverkeer willen met Iran, dit willen ze niet uit angst voor sancties van Amerika. VC4
durft/wilt nu geen zaken meer doen met Iran uit angst dat US-landen geen zaken willen/ mogen

Wij bij VC4 zijn gespecialiseerd in telcommunicatie werkend in IT – industrie. VC4 verkoopt
een gebruiksvriendelijke en krachtige software-applicatie: Inventory & managment System
(IMS). Voornamelijk zijn de klanten van VC4 volgende generatie telecombedrijven.

1.4 Aanleiding
Wat is de aanleiding van dit verslag? Er spelen op het moment een heleboel dingen in de
wereld. Op het moment is de Coronacrisis een van de belangrijkste factoren voor een
bedrijf. Maar er zijn nog meer factoren, deze kunnen effect hebben op de organisatie. Ook
VC4 kampt met deze effecten. Dus in hoeverre is VC4 succesvol?
