PROBLEMA. 2.- Se pretende diseñar un amplificador de mínimo ruido a 10 Ghz. con un
transistor cuyos parámetros S son:
S11 = - 0,3 S12 = 0,2
S21 = - 1,8 S22 = 0,4
Para ello se realiza el siguiente montaje, utilizando un generador de 10 GHz. con
resistencia interna de 50 ohmios y una impedancia serie. A continuación se varía el valor
de la impedancia hasta medir el mínimo factor de ruido posible. En este momento se
retira el amplificador y se mide el valor de D obteniendo D= 0,2+ 0,4j.
a) Calcular el valor de Z y obtener su modelo equivalente con elementos concentrados.
Obtener así mismo el valor de Yop, analizar la estabilidad del amplificador y en su caso
calcular la MAG.
