Samenvatting BolmeetkundeAls je een zijde of een hoek wil berekenen van een driehoek gebruik je soscastoa. Het gaat
hier wel om een rechthoekige driehoek. Als het geen rechthoekige driehoek is zul je een lijn
neer moeten zetten, waardoor het opgesplitst wordt in 2 rechthoekige driehoeken. Een
voorbeeld hiervan is hiernaast weergegeven in het groen. Bij Sos gebruik je sinus, hierbij
deel je de overliggende zijde zoor de schuine zijde. Een voorbeeld hiervan kan je hieronder
zien. Bij Cas (cosinus) deel je de aanliggende zijde door de schuine
zijde, als laatste bij Toa (tangens) deel je de overstaande zijde door de
aanliggende zijde.
De hoeken geef je altijd aan met hoofdletters.
Ze hebben altijd de namen Alfa, Bèta en
Gamma. Deze hebben ook hun eigen
symbolen. Voor Alfa , voor Bèta en
voor Gamma De zijden krijgen altijd
kleine letters. De zijdes liggen altijd tegen
over hun hoofdletters a ligt tegenover A, b
tegenover B en c tegenover C
Dan heb je ook nog de sinusregel, dit kan je een heleboel stappen besparen. Dit is wel iets
moeilijker, maar als je het eenmaal snapt gaat het prima. Hoe deze sinusregel is ontstaan:
