Welkom bij mijn onderzoeksverslag over of het zorgpersoneel hun geloof goed kunnen uit
op de werkvloer. Het onderzoek is een groot succes geworden en daar wil ik graag het
zorgpersoneel van Careyn Maria-Oord die hieraan hebben meegewerkt bedanken. Mijn
dank gaat uit naar:
➢ Functie Helpende.
➢ Functie Verzorgende IG.
➢ Functie Verpleegkundige.
➢ Functie Welzijn.
➢ Functie Leerling/stagiaire.
Zonder hen was dit onderzoek nooit gelukt en ik denk echt dat ik Careyn Maria-Oord een
goed advies kan geven bij dit onderwerp. Het was fijn om te zien dat iedereen probeerde
zo open mogelijk te zijn om mij zo goed mogelijk te kunnen helpen.
