Risk management is a critical aspect of an organization, especially in healthcare facilities.

In response to various incidents that take place within healthcare settings, some risk management

programs may be implemented to mitigate or reduce the rate at which some adverse events takes

be determined through various assessment methods. In this case, some individuals within a

period, the team usually identifies the risk possible to occur and the impact that the threat would

cause. Though several risks can be identified, their severity differs, in which some may be severe

than others. This leads to the development of a risk mitigation plan that reduces the likelihood of

an incident to occur. If the newly developed program is effective, it may be accredited by any

responsible body when necessary. Based on the previous task undertaken regarding the Risk

Management Program Analysis – Part One, this task aims at a more in-depth analysis of fire

education training program that was developed.

The Joint Commission (JC) refers to a non-profit organization based in the United States

that is responsible for the management of the accreditation programs involving hospitals, among

other health care facilities (Baker, 2017). The commission takes the responsibility of developing

involved. If programs undertaken within a healthcare facility do not meet the standards
