Situering
De weefselleer onderzoekt de opbouw en de bijzondere functies (specialisatie) van de
weefsels, dus van groepjes cellen die dezelfde functie vervullen.
De verschillende organen van het lichaam zijn uit wisselende combinaties van deze weefsels
samengesteld. Ook de studie van de (microscopische) opbouw van de organen wordt tot de
