Voor u ligt het verpleegplan voor mevrouw de Bont. Dit verpleegplan is opgesteld door Marit
Wolbers.
Dit verpleegplan is geschreven in het kader van de producttoets VPK+G&T-B-PT Producttoets 2.1:
ZV / SW – Verpleegplan, in opdracht van Saxion Hogeschool Enschede. Ik ben eind november
begonnen met het schijven van dit verpleegplan en heb deze medio december afgerond.
In dit verpleegplan staat de rol als zorgverlener centraal. Als zorgverlener leer ik diagnosticeren,
prognoses bepalen, interventies opzetten en plannen.
Ik wil graag mijn samenwerkend leren docent bedanken en mijn medestudenten die mij hebben
