gewoontes. Het doorbreekt vastgeroeste mythes – zoals de
22/30/66-dagen-regel – en toont je stap voor stap hoe je
een goede gewoonte aanleert of met een slechte gewoonte
komaf maakt.
Zelf las ik het boek met de intentie om enkele ‘gewoontes’
die dat maar niet werden – dagelijks mediteren, Frans
oefenen, vroeger gaan slapen – eindelijk in mijn leven te
verankeren. En het was een succes. Sinds ik de lessen uit
het boek toepas, ben ik consistenter geworden in elk van
de bovengenoemde gewoontes.
