Week 1
ZSO: bouwplan thorax
Je kunt rechter en linker hartholte identificeren
Het hart bestaat uit 2 atria en 2 ventrikels (een rechter en een linker van elk).
Rechter atrium:
§ Meer dan de helft van de wand getrabeculariseerd
§ Hartoor (getrabeculariseerd gedeelte) aanwezig
Linker atrium:
§ Groot deel van de wand is glad
§ Aanwezigheid van een smal en nauw hartoor
Rechter ventrikel:
§ er is sprake van grove trabercularisatie
§ De chordae tendinae zijn verbonden met het interventriculair septum
§ Septomarginale trabekels
Linker ventrikel:
§ Septale zijde is glad
§ Chordea tendinea zijn niet verbonden met het interventriculaire septum
§ Er is sprake ven fijne trabecularisatie
Je kent de topografische anatomie van de grote vaten, coronair systeem en kleppen
Grote vaten:

Coronair vaten:
§ Aan de aorta ontspringen 2 kransslagaders: a. coronaria dextra en sinistra
§ A. coronaria dextra voedt de rechter zijde en linker onderzijde van het hart
§ A. coronaria sinistra voedt de linker zijde van het hart
§ De kransslagaders vertakken zich in kleinere slagaders tot ze de spier in duiken en
daar haarvaten worden
§ De linker coronair arterie (LCA) splitst zich is de left anterior descending arterie (LAD)
en de ramus circumflex (RCx) à maakt een omcirkelende beweging naar dorsaal.
§ De rechter coronair arterie (RCA) ontspringt van de andere kant van de aorta en
loopt door tot aan de dorsale zijde van het hart
§ Aan de dorsale zijde loopt ook de a. coronaria interventricularis posterior (ofwel
ramus descendens posterior, RDP).
§ Bij 90% van de bevolking is het RDP een aftakking van het RCA, bij 10% is het RDP een
aftakking van het RCx
§ Met een angiografie kunnen de coronairvaten in beeld gebracht worden
