Frau T. (57 J.) hat vor fünf Monaten als sie nach einem stressreichen Arbeitstag heimkam plötzlich
Herzrasen, Beklemmungsgefühle in Brust und Rücken, kaltes Kribbeln, Luftnot und Sausen im Kopf
bekommen. Außerdem hatte sie große Angst, dass >>es jetzt aus ist<< und sie einen Herzinfarkt
erleidet. Ein Krankenhausaufenthalt blieb ohne medizinischen Befund. In den darauffolgenden
Wochen traten fünf weitere solcher Anfälle mit ähnlichen Beschwerden auf. Frau T. war in diesen
Momenten meistens alleine und ließ dann über ihren Ehemann oder eine Freundin, die sie sofort
anrief, den Notarzt holen. Mittlerweile hat sie nahezu täglich das Gefühl, >>dass es wieder losgehen
könnte<<. Sie spürt dann vor allem ihr Herz schneller schlagen und hat Beklemmungsgefühle in
Brust und Rücken. Wöchentliche Arztbesuche liefern keine medizinische Erklärung für die
körperlichen Beschwerden. Beim Auftreten der Beschwerden nimmt Frau T. fast immer
Schmerztabletten ein; sie hat festgestellt, dass diese helfen. Frau T. ist nicht mehr gern allein. Sie hat
Angst, dass niemand zur Hilfe kommen könnte, >>wenn etwas ist<< mit ihr. Oft holt sie sich
Gesellschaft dazu oder lenkt sich mit Fernsehen und Hausarbeit ab. Das Handy hat sie immer
griffbereit neben sich liegen. Sie sagt, sie hat solche >>Zustände<< als Kind auch bei ihrer Mutter
