Hoe zit de Macro-economische omgevingsanalyse Van Post NL eruit?
Post NL is een grote onderneming daarom hebben wij gekozen voor een tak in het bedrijf en dat is de
bezorging service in Benelux. We gaan in dit verslag proberen de strategische planning van Post NL te
beschrijven en op welk gebied er ontwikkelingen plaatsvinden/hoe deze plaatsvinden. Er zijn
meerdere extern en interne factoren die invloed hebben op de onderneming.
Hoe de markt in elkaar zit, de vraag en duurzaamheid zijn enkele vragen die wij in onze bedrijfstak
analyse zullen behandelen.
Wij hebben gekozen voor een naamloze vennootschap (NV) bedrijf Post NL. De keuze is gebaseerd op
de recente covid-19 uitbraak, waardoor de vraag naar pakketten enorm toe nam. Een korte uitleg
wat voor bedrijf PostNL is:
Post NL is een Nederlands postbedrijf die actief is in de Benelux en Italië. Spring, dochterbedrijf van
PostNL, is ook actief in enkele andere landen. PostNL is sinds mei 2011 een beursgenoteerd bedrijf.
