− 55% plasma
− 45% cellulaire elementen (RBC, WBC, BP)
Bloed speelt een essentiële rol in ons lichaam en is een mogelijke informatiebron voor de gezondheid
van de mens.
PLASMA:
De vloeistof van het bloed (strogele kleur)
Functie: transport van stoffen ofwel in opgeloste vorm in waterig plasma ofwel gebonden aan
plasma-eiwitten
RBC = Erytrocyten:
− Levensduur: 120 dagen
− Rode kleur: aanwezigheid van hemoglobine → Hb komt tussen bij de belangrijkste functie
van RBC → transport van O² en CO²
− Wand RBC = bloedgroepantigenen van ABO- & het reussysteem
− Intracellulair → ionen & enzymen aanwezig
WBC = Leukocyten:
− Levensduur: enkele dagen tot weken
− Verdedigen tegen lichaamsvreemde stof
Bloedplaatsjes = Trombocyten:
− In het beenmerg
− Functie: stelpen van bloeding & bloedstolling veroorzaken
