derecho, señalando como domicilio la calle Francisco Navarrete Col. Tamborrel
#79 de Xalapa, Ver, autorizando como mi abogada patrono en términos del art. 89
del Código de Procedimientos Civiles vigente en el Estado, a la licenciada en
derecho Bárbara Blanco Rodríguez, ante usted con el debido respeto comparezco
y expongo:
Que vengo por medio del presente escrito con fundamento en los art. ____
Del C.C así como los art.____ Del C.P.C de Veracruz a imponer formal demanda
reivindicatoria en contra de IVÁN RODRIGUEZ GÓMEZ, quien puede ser
emplazado a juicio en el domicilio de Teodoro Avendaño Col. Delfino Victoria #103
de Xalapa, Ver a quien reclamo el cumplimiento de lo siguientes
PRESTACIONES
a) Que se haga la declaración judicial definitiva que EDUARDO
RODRIGUEZ GOMEZ es el propietario de la casa y terreno en la
calle Ferrer Guardia col. Mártires 28 de Agosto #88, de esta misma
ciudad.
b) Como consecuencia de tal declaración, la desocupación y entrega
del inmueble cuya reivindicación reclamo, con sus frutos y acciones.
c) El pago de los daños y costas que se ocasionen durante en el juicio.
