Cognitief gedragsmodel
Gebeurtenis heeft bepaalde betekenis, cliënt heeft hierover interpretatie en dit leidt tot
emoties. Emoties en interpretaties leiden ook weer tot gedrag. Gedrag kan ook weer situatie
veranderen en heeft weer impact op de interpretatie.
Interventies zijn hierop gericht.
o Kan op gedrag maar ook op aandacht (bv. focus op lichamelijke verschijnselen bij

c. Emotie die cognitie oproept
d. Effect emotie op lichamelijke verschijnselen
e. Trek samen conclusie: paniekaanval is cirkel.
3. Vraag naar gedrag (vermijding) en korte termijn effect (FA)

Betekenisanalyse, functie-analyse, exposure in vivo/vitro
We zitten nu in hokje ‘holistische theorie & functieanalyse’. Functieanalyse geeft inzicht in hoe het
komt dat probleem van cliënt zo duurzaam/bestendig en lastig te veranderen is. Gaat over wat het
probleem in stand houdt. Op basis daarvan kan je behandelplan/interventie gaan toepassen.
Holistische theorie (HT)
Hypothesen over:
o Relatie tussen meerdere probleemgebieden (b.v. paniek en comorbide depressie).
o Ontwikkelingsantecedenten.
o Instandhoudende factoren.
Op basis van HT keuze welk probleem (eerst) aanpakken.
Betekenisanalyse (BA)/Functieanalyse (FA)
Hypothesen over ontstaan en instandhouding van 1 specifiek probleemgedrag o.b.v.
leertheorie.
Identificatie van aangrijpingspunten voor interventies voor dit probleemgedrag.
Betekenisanalyse: doel en stappen.

Doel: bepalen waarom situatie problematisch is geworden.
Stappen
1. Bepaal de conditioned stimulus (CS) dat is:
o De voorheen neutrale situatie die beladen is geworden.

2. Bepaal de conditioned response (CR): de emotie die door CS wordt opgeroepen.
3. Bepaal de UCS/UCR representatie dat is:
o De hypothese waarom de CS tot de CR leidt.
o De cognitie of visuele representatie uit het cognitief gedragsmodel.
Functieanalyse: doel en stappen.
Achtergrond: operante conditioneringe.
Doel: bepalen waardoor probleemgedrag in stand gehouden wordt.
Stappen
1. Bepaal de respons (R) of operant dat is: het probleemgedrag uit het cognitief gedragsmodel.
2. Bepaal de reinforcing stimuli (Sr’en) dat zijn de bekrachtigers of consequenties van R: korte
en lange termijn effecten.
3. Bepaalde Sd dat is de situatie waarin R zich voordoet: de situatie uit het cognitief
gedragsmodel.
4. Balans Sr’en korte/lange termijn motivatie cliënt!
Als rijtje beloningen langer is dan rijtje straffen, is cliënt niet gemotiveerd het probleemgedrag aan te
pakken.
Patiënt in bioscoop en gaat na 15 min weg.
Functieanalyse
o Discriminante stimulus: in de bioscoop zijn.
o Response/operant: weggaan.
o Sr (representatie positieve consequenties): angst neemt af (-S neg = afname van angst)
