Voor u ligt mijn Hotel Front Office Management verslag. In dit verslag heb ik een fictief hotel in Gooi
moeten helpen om de communicatie tussen de afdelingen te verbeteren en het service niveau
(gastvrijheid) te verhogen. Hierdoor heb ik geleerd hoe belangrijk Front-Office is en hoeveel taken zij
heeft. Maar allereerst stel ik mezelf even voor, ik ben naam en ik studeer International Hotel &
Hospitality Management aan het Eurocollege.
Door de interessante en leerzame lessen van meneer XXX heb ik dit verslag in elkaar gezet. In deze
lessen zijn we op alle taken ingegaan die de Front-Office heeft. Zo zijn we ingegaan op de
communicatie, gastvrijheid en hebben we verschillende cases uit het boek behandeld, die geholpen
hebben bij de totstandkoming van deze opdracht.
