,Voorwoord

Voor het beroepsproduct in de K1-fase op de JHS hebben wij dit adviesrapport geschreven
voor een horecabedrijf. Het bedrijf dat wij voor dit adviesrapport hebben benaderd, is Café
Sint John in Middelburg. Auteur 1 werkt in haar vrije tijd bij dit bedrijf en had daarom ook al
aardig wat voorkennis voor het onderzoek, wat erg handig was. We vonden het fijn om een
advies te schrijven voor Sint John, omdat de communicatie tussen ons en het bedrijf erg
soepel verliep.
Wij willen graag de eigenaren van Sint John, bedanken voor hun medewerking en
samenwerking tijdens dit onderzoek. Wij hopen dat jullie ons adviesrapport interessant
