Deze opdracht is gemaakt voor mijn tweede jaar van de studie HBO HRM, voor het vak
Effectief Leiderschap. De organisatie die ik hierbij beschrijf betreft wel een echte organisatie,
echter is deze geanonimiseerd. Dit is gedaan omdat er vrij specifieke zaken betreft
bedrijfsvoering aan bod komen.


Ik wil hierbij graag mijn vrienden bedanken voor het voeren van de gesprekken. Gezien de
huidige coronacrisis is het beleid van NTI dusdanig aangepast dat voor gesprekken bij
opdrachten je ook gebruik mocht maken van personen in je directe omgeving in plaats van
medestudenten tijdens praktijkdagen. Deze gesprekken waren zeer leerzaam en hebben mij
verder geholpen in het opdoen van ervaring en kennis.
