Voorwoord

Voor u ligt het ondernemingsplan van Juridisch advieskantoor ... De vennoten van het
kantoor hebben dit plan geschreven voor de oprichting van het kantoor.

Voor het schrijven van dit plan zijn verschillende modellen gebruikt. Met name het INK-model
is te herleiden uit het plan. In de proefaudit van week 6 hebben studenten feedback gegeven
op verschillende onderdelen van het plan. De opmerkingen/aanvullingen die tijdens deze
audit zijn gegeven zijn terug te lezen in het proefauditverslag, te vinden in bijlage 1.

Bij de oprichting van het advieskantoor is ook een keuze gemaakt over de rechtsvorm die het
kantoor zal aannemen. Er is gekozen voor een vennootschap onder firma (vof). De
motivering van de rechtsvormkeuze is terug te vinden in bijlage 2.
