Theoretical contributions Four contributions have been recognized as key to understanding organizations today; mission output and the working framework are the thread between them. This theory includes a rational system to enable organizational restructuring and control hierarchy. "Despite the fact that they have contributed substantially to understanding organizations, each has had different organizational applications and successes" (Matus, 2019). 1- Scientific Management – F.W. Taylor Scientific Management theory tries including the testing method to improve the efficiency and reach the maximum of production and minimize resources with maintaining the common good between the managers, the workers, and the whole organization. By the one-way approach, meaning there is only one method for completing tasks. The scientific management theory helps the managers reduce their executive power by putting a plan or a strategy that proves their actions to be subjected to scientifically. It has two principles: Coordination: Hierarchical pyramid connects all the organization members, and the organization structure must be clear
