II. Le journal comptable
Chaque opérat° met en jeu au – 2 comptes
- L’1 « débité »
- L’1 « crédité »
Dans chaque écriture du journal égalité entre le total débité et le total crédité = principe
de la partie double
constitue une règle incontournable qui reprend l’égalité éco :
emploi = ressource
DEBIT = CREDIT
Tte opérat° enregistrée est obligatoirement appuyé sur 1 pièce justificative (facture, bulletin
de salaire, bordereau des impôts…)
Not° débit/crédit
« Débit » ne veut pas forcément dire « – »
« Crédit » ne veut pas forcément dire « + »
il s’agit uniquement du nom des 2 colonnes du journal :
- Débit = nom de la colonne de gauche
- Crédit = nom de la colonne de droite
