Ken het verschil tussen de 6 beginselen van een rechtsstaat die Kortman stelt.
3. Minister ‘van’ en minister ‘voor’, wat betekend het?!
4. Grondwetswijziging staat gewoon helemaal in art. 137 Grondwet.
5. Ken de beperkings clausules van grondrechten.
6. Botsing van grondrechten:
Als twee soort grondrechten botsen welke gaat dan voor?
7. Minnelijke schikking van het EHRM.
8. Ken de vereisten voor het beperken van het ERVM/de grondwet.
9. Leer de organen van de Europese Unie niet uit je hoofd want ze staan allemaal in je
wettenbundel in art. 13 VEU.
