Voor u ligt het adviesrapport met mogelijkheden om strategische personeelsplanning in te zetten en het
huidige recruitmentproces te optimaliseren. Dit rapport heb ik opgesteld voor het bestuur van Xxxxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxxxxx. Het is geschreven in het kader van de eindopdracht van de module recruitment en
strategische personeelsplanning dat onderdeel is van de NCOI-opleiding HR-Adviseur.
Sinds 2008 ben ik werkzaam bij Xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx. Ik ben met deze opleiding gestart om mijzelf te
ontwikkelen binnen Human Resource met als doel het zetten van een volgende stap in mijn carrière.
Voor het mede tot stand brengen van deze opdracht wil ik mijn collegae bedanken voor hun
