Les 7: actua1. Breukjes in overlegcomité
Het is vreemd dat er enkel over corona gepraat wordt, want er staan ook nog andere
dingen in het regeerakkoord. Het overlegcomité is niet harmonieus.
Benjamin Dalle en Ben Weyts waren heel kritisch over de manier waarop er werd gezegd
dat ze hun huiswerk moesten maken over de plannen van corona in het onderwijs. De
Vlaamse ministers willen dat de leerkrachten voorrang krijgen bij de vaccinatie maar dit is
een beslissing voor het federale niveau en die willen dat niet.
Er was ook een discrepantie tussen Alexander de Croo en Frank Vandenbroucke:
- Alexander: keep cool = niet alarmeren
- VDB: hardliner
Vooruit
Tot 2001 was het SP, van 2001 tot 2021 was het Sp.a en nu is het Vooruit. Voor de eerste
keer zit er geen socialisme in de naam.
Impact van de crisis
De ECB heeft een studie gedaan naar hoe lastig de landen het zullen hebben om te
herstellen na de corona crisis. In België zal het begrotingstekort hoger zijn dan in andere
landen. Het herstel zal trager verlopen.
Begrotingstekort: 35,9 Miljard (al 3 miljard meer dan wat ze hadden gezegd). Daarvoor
dient de begrotingscontrole, om dat te corrigeren. Nu is er geen begrotingscontrole omdat
het te weinig voorspelbaar is. België wil tegen 2024 een tekort van 3,6% van het BBP.
In 2024 zijn er opnieuw verkiezingen (op alle niveaus) dus er zullen in 2023 geen ingrijpende
besparingen zijn omdat ze geen kiezers willen verliezen. Er is dus niet veel tijd meer (2
begrotingsopmaken) die moeten zorgen voor die doelstelling. Ze gaan deze dus niet halen.
