Benigne tumoren:
Verruca seborrhoica:
Ouderdomsratten
Vooral bij banken ouderen
Ontstaan door proliferatie van epidermale
keratinocyten.
Vooral op het bovenste deel van het romp, gezicht
en de handruggen.
Eerst lichtgele of lichtbruine hyperpigmentatie,
daaruit ontstaan papels en plaques die op de huid
lijken te liggen.
2 morfologische varianten:
- Dermatosis papulosa nigra, zwarte papels
komt vooral bij Aziaten voor.
- Stuccokeratosen.
Oorzaak: Genetische aanleg of door
zonbeschadiging.
Behandeling: Cryotherapie, scherpe lepel, evt elektrochirurgie.
Blauwe naevus:
Aanwezig in de dermis
Vaak al vanaf kindertijd
Gladde, halfbalvormige, blauwe, blauwgrijze of
zwartblauwe papels of nuduli 5-8 mm
Vooral op de hand of voetruggen.
Behandeling: <1mm Chirurgisch verwijderen
>1mm eerst histologisch onderzoek
voor behandeling.
Vlekjes van fordyce:
Ectopische talgklieren
1-2mm grootte witgele papels op slijmvliezen
70-80% van de volwassenen heeft dit
Seniele talgklierhyperplasie:
Gevolg van vergrootte talgklieren
rondom de opening van de
talgklierfollikel.
Behandeling: Electracauter, of
cryotherapie ( co2 )
, Naevus sebaceus:
Epidermaal harmartoom
Licht verheven, plaquevormig, glad fluweelachtig,
geelbruine geelroze of oranje van kleur 1-10 cm
Vooral op het behaarde hoofd, gebied rond de oren,
slapen en het centrale deel van het gezicht
Behandeling: Chirurgische verwijdering
Syringoom:
Benigne tumoren uitgaande van de zweetklieren
Begint in de pubertijd, volwassen kunnen er meer
laesies bij komen
Huidkleurige of gele 1-5mm grootte bolvormige of
afgeplatte papel
Vaak op het gezicht, vooral op/ onder de oogleden.
Behandeling: C02-laser ( minder snel gebruikt
cryotherapie, electracouter of etsen )
Keratoacanthoom:
Snel groeiende tumor van de huid
Ontstaan uit keratinocyten van de haarfollikels
Vooral bij blanke mannen van middelbare leeftijd
Begint als rode huidkleurige of iets erythemateuze
papels die in een aantal weken 1 tot 2 cm groter
worden in diameter
Zonlicht speelt een rol in het ontstaan hiervan
Vaak spontane remissie binnen 3-12 maanden.
Bij grotere papels vaak excisie ( minder snel
gebruikt cryotherapie, cuterage, retinoïden )
Tricho-epithelioom:
Een hemartoom van germinatieve cellen
van een haarfollikel.
