Betreft: zienswijze Feyenoord-City
Geachte meneer Suluman,
Uw zienswijze d.d. 3 december jl. met betrekking tot het ontwerpbesluit met kenmerk OMV.
1502.00285 inzake het plan Feyenoord-City hebben we in goede orde ontvangen. In de zienswijze
heeft u aangegeven dat uw stichting vindt dat het plan onvoldoende onderbouwd is en dat het
financieel onhaalbaar zal zijn. Daarnaast geeft u aan dat er beter geld in de wijk gestopt kan worden
in plaats van het plan. Ook vreest u dat door de tekorten het beheer van de wijk verwaarloosd zal
worden. U geeft aan dat het doel van uw stichting is om het leefklimaat te behouden en de
leefbaarheid te verbeteren. Om deze redenen bent u tegen het ontwerpplan.
Onderstaand treft u mijn reactie op uw zienswijze aan. Ik behandel de argumenten per alinea.
