IJssel accountants is het accountantskantoor van Baris Cargo Services B.V. (BCS). BCS
gaat in november 2016 failliet.

2. Op 14 augustus 2016 betaalt BCS een bedrag van € 1.500 aan IJssel accountants. In
oktober 2016 ontvangt IJssel accountants (via een zustermaatschappij van BCS) €
26.000. De curator van BCS vernietigt beide betalingen.
De rechtbank Rotterdam stelt op 31 juli 2019 de curator in het gelijk.
Op welke bepaling zal de curator zijn vernietiging hebben gebaseerd en aan welke
voorwaarden zal zijn voldaan, waardoor de rechtbank de curator in het gelijk heeft
