Anatomie 1, De lies
Inguinale driehoek Hesselbach’s driehoek, wordt begrensd door de volgende structuren:
1. Mediaal Laterale gedeelte van de rectus abdominis schacht.
2. Superolateraal Onderste epigastrische vaten
3. Inferior Ligament inguinale
Links is mediaal
Rechts is lateraal
Trigonum femorale mediale = de femorale driehoek
1 = Ligament inguinale. Basis van de canalis inguinlis: lieskanaal
2 = Adductor longus.
Orgio = Tuberculum pubicum. (De knobbel van de pubis, aan de mediale zijde)
Insertie = Linea aspera. Een soort kanaal die over de gehele bovenbeen loopt.
3 = M. Sartorius
Origo = SIAS
Insertie = Pes anserinus (Mediale zijde van de knie, kleermakerspier want dan is
deze maximaal samengetrokken).
Lacuna Musculorum
De ruimte onder het ligament inguinale, ligt lateraal en bestaat uit:
- Iliopsoas
- Femorale zenuw, voor het strekken van het been en de knie.
Lacuna Vasorum
Deze ligt mediaal/onder het ligament inguinale, meer bij het ilium, en
bestaat uit:
- Femorale ader
, - Femorale slagader
- M. Pectineus
Deze 2 gebieden worden gescheiden door de iliopectinale boos (Musculorum en Vasorum)
Anatomie 2, De knie
Tibiofemorale gewricht Gewricht tussen de tibia en het femur.
Bewegingen rondom het tibiofemorale gewricht
- Flexie en extensie in het sagittale vlak
- Endo- en exorotatie in het transversale vlak
- Abductie en adductie in het frontale vlak
Vooraanzicht knie
Achteraanzicht knie
In extensiestand van de knie zijn de collaterale banden en beide kruisbanden aangespannen,
hierdoor is er op dat moment geen rotatie mogelijk.
Bewegingen
Flexie knie M. Hamstring en M. Gastrocnemius
Extensie knie M. Quadriceps
Endorotatie M. Sartorius, M. Gracilis, M. Semiintendinosus
Exorotatie M. Biceps Femoris
Bewegingen worden geremd door
Flexie knie M. Hamstrings en kuitmusculatuur (weke delen)
Extensie knie Spanning op de collaterale banden en kruisbanden
