Angulaire Mobilisatie BK21) Uitgangshouding Patiënt
Plaats de patiënt steeds in een ontspannen en comfortabele positie! In de praktijklessen
wordt de patiënt vaak in ruglig geplaatst. Je werkt best alle oefeningen in 1 positie om
vervolgens andere posities te hanteren. Zo moet de patiënt minder vaak omrollen.
2) Uitgangshouding Therapeut(e)
Als therapeut moet je zo ergonomisch mogelijk werken en denken aan je eigen
rughygiëne. Gebruik de Behandeltafel zoveel mogelijk als je de patiënt hoger of lager
moet plaatsen.
Handvatting
o Het te mobiliseren gewricht moet zich tussen de twee handen bevinden.
Denk dus goed na over de handvatting!!
o De werkende/mobiliserende hand wordt meestal distaal geplaatst (zonder
andere gewrichten te overbruggen). Hoe distaler de hand wordt geplaatst,
hoe groter de hefboom.
o De fixerende hand wordt proximaal van het gewricht geplaatst.
o Als bepaalde lichaamsdelen niet mee ogen bewegen, worden deze gefixeerd
via een hulpmiddel. Bv: Fixatiegordel
3) Uitvoering
Passieve AM
o Mobilisaties worden volledig uitgevoerd door iets of iemand anders dan de
patiënt.
Activo-passieve AM
o De beweging wordt deels uitgevoerd door de spieren rondom het beperkte
gewricht, deels door iets (bv een ander llidmaat, hulpmiddel, …) of iemand
anders (therapeut, familielid…). Hier heeft men als therapeut de keuze of de
assistentie van in het begin van de bewegingsbaan ingezet wordt of verderop
in de bewegingsbaan erbij komt.
Actieve AM
o Beweging wordt uitsluitend uitgevoerd door de spieren rondom het beperkte
gewricht.
