Onderwerp: privacy impact assessment
Geachte heer/mevrouw,
Hierbij presenteer ik u de uitkomsten van het privacy impact assessment onderzoek. Het
doel van dit onderzoek is om u te informeren over uw verwerking van persoonsgegevens en
het ICT gedeelte.
Uit het onderzoek is gebleken dat er juridisch een aantal punten niet voldoen aan de eisen
die voorgeschreven zijn in de wet. Ook op het gebied van ICT zijn er verbeteringen mogelijk
om de gegevens van u en uw klanten beter te beveiligen.
Ten eerste bewaart u gegevens van klanten die niet noodzakelijk zijn voor het doeleinde. Het
gaat hier om de medische gegevens m.b.t. allergieen. Ten tweede is het volgens de wet niet
toegestaan om de persoonsgegevens aan een mailingllijst toe te voegen en doelgerichte
reclame te versturen. En tot slot is de beveiliging op het gebied van ICT niet voldoende. In
mijn privacy impact assessment onderzoek zal ik deze onderwerpen uitgebreid behandelen.
