outbreak. She has been a finance professional for over 25 years with
experience in strategic planning and management. For her leadership
efforts following the epidemic, she spearheaded the second phase of the
African Union-led program to energize Sierra Leone's socioeconomic
recovery, and she was awarded a gold medal by the president and an
OBE by the Queen of England.
