According to the U.S. department of agriculture, MyPlate Plan should consist of 3000
calories based on my age, weight, height and level of physical activity[ CITATION MyP21 \l
2057 ]. The website myplate.gov recommends that I should take the food groups that are
displayed in the table below with the required measurements to maintain my daily calorie
intake.
