ATP  activatie proteïnekinasen fysiologisch effect

 parallel voor guanylaatcyclase (adenine= guanine)




 Bij activatie van het fosfolipase C fosfatidylinositoldifosfaat (PIP2) gesplitst  in diacylgycerol (DAG)
en inositoltrifosfaat (IP3) Calcium komt vrij uit ER  bindt op specifieke bindingsproteïnen
