andere dan de aangegeven hulpmiddelen geschreven heb. De uit andere bronnen direct of indirect
overgenomen teksten zijn op enigerlei wijze in de door mij geschreven tekst expliciet met
bronvermelding verantwoord. Het werkstuk werd tot nu toe nog niet in dezelfde of in vergelijkbare
vorm aan een examinator of examencommissie voorgelegd. Ook is het werkstuk niet eerder in het
openbaar verschenen.
