Dit portfolio werd geschreven voor de minor Kind & Jeugd. De minor wordt gevolgd voor de
HBO-Verpleegkunde opleiding van de Hanze Hogeschool te Groningen. De minor is gevolgd
van februari 2021 tot en met juni 2021. In dit portfolio wordt laten zien welke kennis, inzichten
en vaardigheden de student heeft opgedaan die passen bij de functie van kinder- en/of
jeugdverpleegkundige op HBO-niveau. De nadruk ligt op multidisciplinair samenwerken en
shared decision making.
Graag wil ik de (gast)docenten, de coördinator van de minor en de medestudenten bedanken
voor de leerzame en interessante lessen die zijn gegeven tijdens de minor.
