Dit portfolio is geschreven door Michelle de Jong, aan de hand van de minor Kind & Jeugd in
jaar 3 van de opleiding HBO Verpleegkunde. Er wordt in dit portfolio ingegaan op een 18-
jarig meisje met leukemie en haar ontwikkelingsfasen. Tijdens de bevorderingslessen heb ik
meer kennis verkregen over de doelgroep Kind en Jeugd en deze kennis is verwerkt in het
portfolio. Ook doormiddel van verschillende hoorcolleges van gastdocenten is kennis
verkregen. Dit portfolio is mede tot stand gekomen door de kennis van studenten van
TKMJ2, Janet Hulskers en de gastdocenten. Ik wil hun bedanken voor het delen van hun
kennis en inzet tijdens de minor. Ik ben blij met het resultaat van dit portfolio.
