Mijn naam is Rudolf Kramer, 44 jaar, en werkzaam bij Zilveren Kruis Achmea sinds maart 2019 als
zorgsoortspecialist Vervoer en Mondzorg. Ik werk bij Achmea sinds 2000. De opleiding HBO Bachelor
Bedrijfskunde bij NCOI ben ik begonnen in december 2020.
Ik heb voor deze opleiding gekozen om ik ben uitgegroeid in mijn huidige functie. Achmea investeert
graag in haar personeel en heeft aangeboden het financiële gedeelte van de opleiding voor haar
rekening te nemen. Het behalen van een Bachelor opleiding vergroot mijn doorgroei mogelijkheden
binnen het bedrijf.
Mijn werk bestaat grotendeels uit vier grote brokken, namelijk:
✓ Inrichting van de systemen (vergoedingen/ processen/ controles etc.)
✓ Eindejaarswerk (landelijke -en interne wijzigingen)
✓ Implementatie van de landelijke LCB’s ( logische controle beschrijvingen)
✓ Advies/verbeteren (advies aan de keten geven en procesverbeteringen doorvoeren)
De rode draad van mijn werkzaamheden bestaat uit continue verbeteren en optimaliseren van de
processen.
Ik wil de volgende personen bedanken, uiteraard als eerste mijn vrouw en kinderen. Dit voor de
ruimte die ze mij hebben gegeven, en de peptalk daar waar ik deze nodig had. Mijn teamleider Auke
Dijkstra voor de mogelijkheid om de opleiding te volgen, en Achmea voor het financieren van de
opleiding. Verder een woord van dank voor mijn studiebegeleider Chiel van Eeden voor zijn directe
feedback tijdens onze wandelbila’s.
