De verdedigende partij staat zo opgesteld omdat,
De eerste bal is meestal voor nummer twee, die speelt hem dan naar de nummer 5 en die
wipt hem op voor de nummers 4 of 6. Met deze opstelling moeten ze de service altijd
kunnen tegen houden en dan kunnen ze meteen weer aanvallen.
De aanvallende partij staat zo opgesteld omdat,
Na de service moeten ze meteen weer klaar staan voor de tegenaanval. Als ze een aanval op
gaan zetten met een smash stappen de nummer 4,5 of 5,6 naar voren om te blokken. De
andere nummers staan alert voor als de bal er overheen gaat en degene die geserveerd had
stapt ook meer naar voren op de lijn van de nummer 3.
(Ik was er niet in de les toen dit werd uitgelegd, dus ik weet dit niet zo goed.)
