, Inleiding
Dit verslag bestaat uit drie onderdelen.
Het eerste deel is mijn eindverslag, in dit deel werk ik alle CanMEDS rollen uit en beschrijft ik welke
handelingen ik heb verricht om dit doel te bereiken.
Bij elke CanMEDS rol heb ik ook een kort voorbeeld gegeven.
Het tweede onderdeel is klinisch redeneren, in dit deel werk ik een zorgvrager geheel uit. Ik stel
verpleegkundige diagnoses op, werk gewenste zorgresultaten uit en beschrijft de daarbij behorende
interventies.
Het derde onderdeel is onderzoekend vermogen.
In dit onderdeel ga ik een bepaalde interventie onderzoeken waarvan ik van mening ben dat dit
verbeterd kan worden. Ik ga op zoek naar passende literatuur en trek met behulp hiervan een conclusie.
Bij dit onderdeel is het erg belangrijk dat ik met een kritische blik naar de casus kijk.
