Bestandsdelen bloed:
→ 55 % bloed plasma
- Plasma eiwitten, water, opgeloste stoffen, fibrinogeen
- Bloedplasma vervoert zuurstof, voedingsstoffen, antistoffen, koolstofdioxide en
andere afvalstoffen
- Fibrinogeen zit ook in bloedplasma en hebt het bloed te stollen zoals bij een wondje
- Als bloed gaat stollen in een ader terwijl er geen wondje zit komt daar geen bloed
meer doorheen dan spreken we van een Trombose.
Rode bloedcellen:
- Cellen zonder celkern
- Hemoglobine in de bloedcellen
- Functie: zuurstof vervoeren
- Bloedarmoede: Als iemand een bloedarmoede heeft dan heeft de persoon te weinig
hemoglobine in het bloed zitten. Hierdoor kan je je zwak voelen. De oorzaak is dat je
te weinig ijzers eet.
Witte bloedcellen:
- Cellen met celkern
- Ze hebben geen vaste vorm dus kunnen van vorm veranderen
- Functie: afweer tegen ziekteverwekkers
- Etter: dode witte bloedcellen
Bloedplaatjes:
- Delen van uiteengevallen zonder celkern
- Functie: bloedstolling (bij wondjes)

- Het bloedvatenstelsel: Hart en bloedvaten.
- Bloedsomloop: De weg die het bloed door het lichaam aflegt.
- Gesloten bloedvatenstelsel: Overgrote deel van het bloed blijft tijdens transport
binnen de bloedvaten.
- Dubbele bloedsomloop (bij mens) Per omloop stroomt het bloed 2 keer door het
hart.
Kleine bloedsomloop→ wordt zuurstof opgenomen in het bloed en CO2 afgegeven.
In de kleine bloedsomloop wordt zuurstof opgenomen in het bloed en koolstofdioxide
afgegeven aan de lucht. (Dit gebeurt in de longen!!!)
Grote bloedsomloop→ worden zuurstoffen afgegeven aan de cellen en koolstofdioxide en
andere afvalstoffen opgenomen in bloed.
- In de grote bloedsomloop worden zuurstof en voedingstoffen (o.a glucose)
